Graduation Requirements 畢業規範

This lab requires all students to complete both academic and internal requirements before graduation.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delayed approval of graduation.

Requirements

  1. Department Requirements

  2. Complete all coursework and meet official graduation criteria

  3. Research Contribution

  4. Expected to participate in at least one publication (journal or conference)

  5. Must demonstrate substantial contribution

  6. Thesis

  7. Pass the oral defense
  8. Complete all required revisions
  9. Subject to advisor approval

Lab Handover (Core Requirement)

To ensure research continuity and reproducibility, the following must be completed:

  • Code must be properly organized and uploaded to the designated repository
  • Documentation (README) must include environment setup, execution instructions, and dataset information
  • All related materials (thesis files, slides, experimental results) must be archived
  • The successor must be able to reproduce results independently

Handover Criteria

A handover is considered complete only if:

  • Code can be executed in a new environment
  • Results are reproducible without additional explanation
  • All materials are properly organized and archived

Notes

  • Graduation requirements must be completed in sequence
  • Students are expected to allocate sufficient time (1–2 weeks) for final organization and handover
  • All research outputs must maintain reproducibility and integrity

1. 基礎規定與學術發表

  • [ ] 滿足系所規定：修課學分、成績達標及符合修業年限。
  • [ ] 完成研究發表：至少參與並協助完成一篇期刊或研討會論文，且須具備實質貢獻。
  • [ ] 通過論文口試：依口試委員意見完成論文修改與最終定稿。

2. 實驗室研究交接（核心要求）

為了確保研究成果的可重現性，必須完成以下事項：

  • [ ] 文件化（README）
  • [ ] 資料歸檔
  • [ ] 操作示範
